Notes

Flaked oats - 2 gallons is brought to 155 and heat turned off. Grains are steeped for 25 minutes. 1 gallon H20 is added.

3 gallons of wort are brought to a rolling boil - DME is added. And .5oz hops are added for 60 minutes. At the 50 minute mark add crushed mixture of corriander and orange peel. Wort is brought to 80 in ice bath. 2 gallons of H20 are added and Safeale US05 or Calinfornia Ale Yeast (Liquid) is added.
