Notes
I'm growing my own hops this year. So I'd like to plan a rich Bitter using (otherwise) my favorite ingredients with the addition of a (hopefully) good yield from my hops of about 2oz. Truth is, I'm not even sure what breed the rhizome is, as it was a gift, so this is largely experimental.
Fermentation will be in a largely open-top container (I ferment in a home depot water barrel for ales), lightly filtered and force-carbonated in a corny keg.
Expected result is higher ABV but otherwise spot-on style for a bitter.
