Target Water Profile
Light colored and malty
Notes
wild yeast from a ginger bug culture. No nutrients, just sugar, water, and grated ginger. Fermenting at room temp.
For low alcohol/fermented soda, use .5lb to 1.0lb of sugar per 5g target yield.
Back sweeten with monkfruit or unfermentable sweetener of choice.
Can add other natural flavorings when pitching: Hybiscus flower, cloves, citrus fruits, basil, lavender, blueberries. Have fun! :)
