Notes

Double crush grains, add to bag. Strike water temperature of 156/152 for 60 minutes. Increased temperature to 170 for 10 minutes. Drained and squeezed bag. Boil as normal for 60 minutes. Cool it to 55 as quickly as possible. Aeration of wort by splashing into a bucket and then into primary fermentor.

Primary fermentation until it is very quiet. Then transfer to secondary and set the temperature to 35 degrees. Lager it for 4 weeks, then bottle as normal using 2/3 cup of corn sugar in 16 ounces of boiled water.

Condition bottles at room temperature for 2 weeks.
