I'm calling this one Igor, as in "I ain't got no body".
It had no flavor or body at all and I swear I followed all the steps exactly.
Need a brew buddy to show me what I'm doing wrong.

I really need to get into the habit of keeping better notes. I'm still trying to perfect my 1 gallon water conversions.
With this batch I added too much for sparging.
2 weeks after the previous notes: the body got immensely better, but not great.
At least it was drinkable and I didn't toss it.
