Notes
Literally just looking to make an easy, cheap, and light beer.
2 gallons of tap water warmed up.
15 minute Oat steep @ ~172°F.
Added DME after removed the bag of oats (this got the volume back up to 2 gallons -- with some water added).
Had a slight boil over after adding the Saaz, sadly. Wasn't much thankfully.
OG ended up being a 1.032 at a temperature of 75.4°.
FG ended up being a 1.004 at a temperature of 73.9°.
Added a half teaspoon mixed with one cup hot water (~170°F) to the keg.
