After 5 days 1016
Tasting ok but it does need a dose of freshness.
Start with 10 g Opus.
After 5 days transfer to keg and add 10g citra.
Strong, good body, malty, quite bitter. Still a bit yeasty from the priming but tasting good considering it's at 19C.
Fine and chill in the next few days.
