Got right at 5 gallons in the fermenter, plus the 1L starter for about 5.25 gallons or so total. Was bubbling about 5 hours later.
Fermented at ambient in basement for 7 days. FG = 1.08. Temp ranged from 63 to 71 or so just sitting on the basement floor.
