Notes

12/28/21- Brewed 1.053 OG- 1.011FG end 1/19/22
Mash PH 5.6. I have no recollection of when this ph was taken
Strike Temp 149F = Mash temp 135f x 10 min. Recirculated mash and rose to 150F and held for 50min.

2/7/22 as I sit here and sip this crisp lager I wish I tasted more malt body to go with it, maybe increase the chloride ratio?
Actual water profile Bru'n Water:
Ca 21 Mg 3 NA 5 S04 22 Cl 16 HCO3 -71 P.A.(10%) 32.4ml mash
Looking at this today I would try to increase Ca because we can and why not? Adjust with CaCl.
