Mashed 63c for an hour, then 20 minutes at 73c.

Added 3 Liter of butterflz pea flower tea with 7g flowers inside. FLowers were 15 minutes in the hot water.

Tastes soapy out of the fermenter, bottled on the 17.12.2021

Tastes great already 5 days after bottling!!!! Completely changed!
