Notes

10/16/21-Trying a mid-1800's IPA. Simple recipe, let's see what happens. Had enough leftover wort to make 2 starters. Completely forgot to add yeast food and irish moss.
10/30/21-Kegged with 5oz Dry Hops and 20g of Oak powder left over from a wine kit. It is at room temp for one day ~70F, but will then be dropped to aging temp, ~40F.
Minerals Added:
12g Gypsum, 7g Epsom, 2g CaCl, Phosphoric Acid 75%-4ml Mash, 5ml Sparge
