Notes

Brewed 13 Apr 22 aiming for a Best Bitter but Initial gravity came out at 1.051, so likely to turn out as an ESB
outturned 15ltr into fermentor, final gravity 1.011 5.25%
Used Malt Miller Finest English ale yeast, activty after 24hr, but none noticable after 48hr, I thought it had stalled nervous wait until 5th day but gravity down at 1.011 so I bottled it 18th Apr

Tried it out 04 May, very clear, solid head and very nice, stronger than I normally brew, definitely an ESB
