Boil wort minus honey and tart cherry juice 30 minutes. Add lactic 1ml lactic acid and Kettle sour with 4 shots of goodbelly pear flavored. Approx 3 days, boil 30 minutes and add hops and honey and 1 oz pink salt. Transfer to fermenter and add sour cherry juice. Keg with 32 oz of sweet cherry juice
