Notes
An American amber ale type beer was made, in which caramel malts and pale ale malts were used in its production process.
The amount of water in the mash was 15L, after having carried out the entire mashing and cooking process, 5L of water were added.
This process is divided into two parts, the first one prepares the beer and leaves it fermenting and then after 15 days the beer is bottled
