Very happy how this turned out. I was looking for something crisp and a bit lighter than my typical Winter brews, but with some stronger grain backbone (hence the rye). I find the finished product (cleared with gelatin, by the way) had a smooth (almost citrusy?) start, but seconds later there's a firm rye aftertaste that's certainly kept me sipping.
