Notes

Excellent beer. Make again for sure

Stoked on this one.
Great beer!! Got 80% eff. Beer finished out at 5%. Absolutely great hazy.
I’ve left the stats on here at 80% cause I intend to brew this more often.

Version 2 was made with Voyager pale compass. The first time using this malt Only maybe just scraped in at 74% OG1.044/45 possibly cause I didnt lauter... so I boiled cooled and added 160g of dextrose to bump the OG up to 1.048.
Will be interested to taste the difference in the beers.
-tastes a bit thinner and dryer, maybe not as hoppy or aromatic but super nice beer.

V3 missed the target by 1.001/2 points but didn’t bump it up with sugar. I actually ended up with 22L so if anything my eff was up.
Still drinking version two atm so it will either be side by side or a very quick change over to test the difference
