Notes

This is a quick beer to make and a quick one to go down. I will brew this when I am brewing another batch the same day,, as the grains for my other recipe steep, I will throw this 20 minute boil recipe on.. it takes a bit more of coordination, but I get two 5 gallon batches done in about the same time... it ferments quick, I salvage the yeast ($)

I strongly recommend the Gelatin for clarification, after the fermentation is done put the gelatin in the carboy and have it sit for 2-3 days, if may not clarify up immediately, but once you get it cold, it is crystal clear

Very easy drinking, great for summer.
Switch the hops around to Tennanger and Perle if you want a more German feel
