Notes

Brewed on 8/28/2020 using the BIAB system. 8 gallons of strike water at 160 degrees F lead to Mash temp of 155 degrees F. After the 75 minute mash, the final temperature was 148 degrees F and starting volume was 7 gallons.

SG = 12.9 Brix = 1.052 g/L
OG = 14.6 Brix = 1.059 g/L
FG = 1.012 g/L

Pitched 8 ounces Kviek yeast that was harvested on 8/4/2020. Wort temp was 85 degrees F. Fermentation was complete on 8/30/2020 and dry hopped with 1/4 cup (1.5 ounces) centennial hops.

Beer was kegged on 9/2/2020 (all 5 gallons).
