FG 1.015 with 1L starter fermented at 68F for 6 days. Dry hopped on day 2 with visible high krausen. Cold crashed and racked to sanitize keg. burst caronated. Ready day 10. Citrus and tropical aromas complimented by slight melon and stone fruit notes. Perceived bitterness is balanced by well rounded malt sweetness leading to a smooth mouth feel. Stable haze with creamy head retention. Solid hazy ipa.
