Notes

This beer had some good qualities such as a very light, crisp and dry finish. It was also beautiful to look at. However, I didn't treat my water very well and got chlorophenols aka medicinal and band aid smells and flavors.
This will be made again with better water and temperature control. (Jan 4,2021)
