      knew I would need a darker malt for this style)
    • Add 2lbs Traditional Dark DME -- (this is essentially to bring the
      color to the optimum range of the style)

  • 60min hop drop
    • 5min into boil -- 1oz #07270
    • 45min into boil -- 1oz Summit


  • Cool to optimum 65F and add Sparge up to 5gal
