Notes

Wanting to keep perfecting a nice house IPA. Looking over Fatheads malt/hop profiles on their website. Seems that majority of their IPAs have light crystal, carapils and maybe some carahell. Pale listed as malt which I'm not sure if that is their 2-row or actually pale ale/marris otter. This one follows closely to the Fathead clone in Mitch Steele's book but dropping abv to 6.75 and lowering the crystal malt a bit. Interested to use the carahell and may use in lagers as well.

Will finish fermentation, drop yeast or as much as I can then soft crash to 58-60 and Dry Hop. Use ALDC at Ferment start and dry hopping. Post Boil PH adjustment and dry hop adjustment. Add ascorbic acid to the mash as well as with dry hopping.

Closed transfer to purged keg with biofine added.
