update 7/22/2019 updating the yeast attenuation to 87, just measured the FG at 1.012. need to mash less or higher or something next time.

  • boil (should probably aim for 4.5 gallons since will be adding more volume later with the added dme)
    • marshmellow - added in additional ingredients but sugar content approximated in fermentables. about 6oz marshmellow (half a bag) = 100g sugar
    • cinnamon - 0.2 oz - taken from a pumpkin recipe
    • dark bittersweet bakers chocolate - 2.5 or 4 oz.???
