Notes

Brewed once, very crushable. Lacks body and super intense hops. Will be upping malt bill and whirpool+dry hops. Water profile was not achieved due to lack of gypsum. Finished out at 1.015 instead of 1.011 but it's not sweet at all.

next time, 5kg of 2row, 50 g's of whirpool and 100 of dry of both types. Simcoe/Citra is my favourite combination so far!
