split this between 2 kegs 1 regular and added 4 carolina reaper hot peppers to the other. halved in a mesh bag for 3 days then pulled them out.
the heat was respectable and the flavor awesome!
BREWER BEWARE! Ihave had a stuck mash with this beer so sparge very slow! i make it every year since 2012 so its a great beer
