Notes

Copied from "Avg Perfect NEIPA" recipe
Fermentation Dry Hop @ high krausen
Traditional Dry Hop after fermentation is complete.

Fermentation temp: 68F

Brewed 6/3/2018. This recipe had about 1 lb higher 2 row than iteration 2. The random assortment of hops was because the LHBS did not have the hops required from the original recipe. I would make sure to get those hops next time, they are probably better, I ended up with much less AA than expected. Also used S04 instead of WY 1318 due to availability. Wort dropped pretty clear after whirlfloc before pitching yeast, so maybe consider upping wheat bill next time.
