Notes

Lost 1.5 gal due to efficiency of equipment. IG matched target (1.071). Yeast value adjusted, dry hop values remained the same. Jolly ranchers lowered FG to 1.010. Final ABV expected to be 8.0-8.5%. If scaled up proportionally to be 5.5 gal, then dry hop values must increase along with grain bill and water.
