Notes

Boil volume: 30 L
Add water to end up with 34 L batch size
Split into 2 fermenters, with 17 L in each
Pitch 1+1 packet of yeast
Let ferment for a week
Add freshly squeezed grapefruit juice, heated to 80C and then cooled a little, in one fermenter
Add 1 habanero chili, finely chopped, placed in a hop bag, and boiled for 5 minutes, to the other fermenter
