Ferment with starter pitch of WLP 644 Brett Brux Trois. 1L at 1.050 (5 oz of DME). Cold crash starter after 4 or 5 days.

First group of Simcoe, Citra, Mosaic at 0 minutes is a 20 min hop stand around 210F.

Second group of 0 minute hops is second whirlpool addition around 160F for another 20 min hop stand.

Filter to 100 um before pitching yeast if you want to harvest yeast.

Grain bill draws some inspiration from a bottle of Port Brewing Mo Betta Bretta which used 2 Row, Flaked Oats, Carapils, and Munich.
