Added 1tsp gypsum to each strike and sparge water volumes. This was less than i intended because my target water profile was incorrect (i had the Na and SO4 numbers switched). I could have used more then double this amount and been fine.
I pitched a full 2L starter, about 1300ml in the 4gals and about 700ml in the 2gals |
