Notes

My first home hop harvest of 650g mixed chinook and cascade.

Wanted to try something a bit different since I've gone off crystal malt a bit so I used a bit of Munich and aromatic to darken it a bit instead and I might have gone a little bit overboard.

It was a split batch, with 1/2 originally planned to be US-05 but I chilled the wort too cold and ended up pitching a lager yeast for that one. The other 1/2 was Voss Kviek at 38 degrees.
