Notes

This was intended to be a Sierra Nevada Pale Ale clone but the grain bill had a typo. It was supposed to contain 93% Rahr 2-Row and 7% caramel Crystal 60L. It ended quite differently with 55.8% Caramel Crystal 60L ans 44.2% Rahr 2-Row. Instead of Golden its more Chocolate in color. Also, THe hops are completely different and some are experemintal and as far as I know, can't be found. Since I am not sure what the consistancy of the grain mix was, this constitutes my best guess and is probably different than what I am actually making.
