Notes

Used Fuggle since Galaxy were not available at the shop.
Put nibs in brew bag and into boil for ~3 minutes to sanitize, then into fermenter awaiting the wort.
Mash was at 154.4-152.4, a tad bit higher that target but...
Hit 1.103 OG after 120 minute boil (because we collected 8 gallons and needed it to fit into the SS Brewtech Brew Bucket.
