1/2 Campden Tablet in Strike Water

1/2 Campden Tablet Sparge Water

1Lb Lactose at flame out

4 Madagascar Vanilla Beans cut and scraped and soaked in 5oz of Bourbon added at Kegging

16oz Unsweetened Coconut Chips soaked in vodka for a few days then Toasted in oven for 20~ mins at 300F (until golden brown). Added to Keg in Muslin Bag

8oz Hersheys Cocoa Powder Added to Fermenter

5lbs Frozen Raspberries In Secondary in this order:
Frozen, Brought to room temp, Smashed while still in bag, Refreeze for few days, then added to fermenter after hitting FG for 5 days

Small dram (5-15ml) Toasted Marshmallow Extract added at Kegging

2 to 4oz Chocolate Extract added at kegging. You can start at 1oz and add based on your taste.

2 to 4oz Raspberry Extract added at Kegging. You can start at 1oz and add based on your taste.
