i brewed about 10 years ago. just getting back into it. Ive got the basic setup. 5 gallon SS kettle, bottling bucket, fermenting bucket, a carboy. i have definetly learned from some of the demo classes that are available at More beer & wine near me.
One Stout which is actually conditioning right now . and one west coast Pale Ale which i just bottled as well.
