I've been brewing for 2 years. Started out with Extract brewing and have since moved on to All-Grain. I still consider myself a novice All-Grain brewer as I have only made 5 All-Grain batches.
I have a 10 Gallon water cooler as a Mash/Lauter Tun, and I use a 10 Gallon Bayou Classic Brewpot, and an 8 gallon aluminum stock pot as my Hot Liquor Tank. Nothing Fancy, but it gets the job done.
I have yet to make the same beer twice. I've been searching for what kind of beer I like best. I have some ideas on what I'd like to repeat though. My extract beers consist of : Irish Red Ale, Bourbon Barrel Old Ale, 2 different IPAs, 2 Different Pumpkin Ales, Irish Stout, Spiced Winter Ale, and a Honey Porter. Of my extract beers, my favorites would have to be the Bourbon Barrel Old Ale, and the Honey Porter.
My All Grain beers consist of ESB, IPA, Toasted Oat Brown Ale, Honey Wheat, and a Strong Vanilla Porter.
