What's your next brew

I just did a Pliny clone yesterday. It started at 1.070, and is fermenting now at 64F.

It came as a simple kit (6% corn sugar, 94% two row, about a pound of hops) sent to me from Homebrew Happy Hour. Hop additions were simple, with 4 ounces in the whirlpool. There are four ounces for dryhopping. I love big IPAs so this one seems like a winner already!

Let us know how it comes out. I have a clone recipe for it that I want to try.

Hoppy lager version of the extract pale ale I've been making lately. Cut the amber malt in half, lowered the IBUs, and lowered the abv. Hops will be Triumph, Liberty, and Strisselspalt

I definitely have some ideas for a Dunkelweizen next.
Although I missed gravity badly on the Hefe, I pretty much got what I wanted, but a more sessionable version. I wanted to see what a more clovey version would be like, and I got it. I am actually enjoying this beer with that in mind after it has started aging for a bit. Now that I experienced some of the efficiency pitfalls, I am definitely ready to try another experiment.
I initially thought I really fucked this one up, but it is actually pretty decent given what I was aiming for.
