What are you doing with homebrew today?

brewing a summer ale. this is a good beer to brew in summer. I do a single infusion mash indoors then brew outside the garage where it's hot . only one addition at 60 min then hang out inside again until the flame out fruit addition. then wheel back inside for chilling. If I had to brew outside in this heat probably wouldn't.

Do you have the recipe? Are those orange slices that have been dehydrated?

Doesn't anyone use a swamp cooler anymore.
Yes, but I may add a mini-split to the garage for cold crashing.
Obviously, you need a basement...too much stuff is usually the by product of lack of space...lol
Or an out building, barn, barndominium, workshop or garage. Before my 2nd garage, I had too much stuff. Now I need more stuff.
Strange how that works.

Closed off my spunding valve yesterday as fermentation had slowed up and was about 5points from FG. Today as expected hot my number. I’ll put the fermenter in the fridge to crash probably Saturday and keg sometime next week.
