What are you doing with homebrew today?

I've washed/cleaned my 2 oxebar kegs that had saison in it.
I may still give them a chlorine rinse: to be sure to be sure
Now I need to sort out the connectors as some don't hold pressure
And I need to make a plan to collect my new 2nd hand fridge so my old one can be used as a fermenter.

Saison yeast is just yeast not a bacteria like Bret so your standard cleaning should be fine

I kegged tonight. The beer was a little stronger than anticipated LOL. For those of you that want to experiment with a Saison, if you finish them hot, they will ferment down. This Belgian finished at 1.010. The French ones will go VERY low.
I think it will be good, but I need to sit on it for a little bit.
Confirmed! I got 1.004 on my last run of the French Saison yeast.
