What are you doing with homebrew today?

I would just chill to 90 and let it ride
I don't like my kveik too hot. Plus ambient temp is 75-77 in my kitchen. If I chill down to 80 and pitch I'll feel better about it dipping into the 70s before it takes off

brewing a summer ale. this is a good beer to brew in summer. I do a single infusion mash indoors then brew outside the garage where it's hot . only one addition at 60 min then hang out inside again until the flame out fruit addition. then wheel back inside for chilling. If I had to brew outside in this heat probably wouldn't.

Do you have the recipe? Are those orange slices that have been dehydrated?
