in the keg and carbonating now. came out pretty good. 1pt(1.049) shy on the OG and 3pts (1.011) low on the FG. tastes really good though.We'll the drought is finally over. Been 14 months since i brewed! But a dunkle - Weiss is in the fermenter. Feels good to be back at it

I just did a bunch of quick connect fittings; fermenters to glycol chiller, and my pump to kettle connections. I want to get to all my stuff connected ahead of time, no hose swapping during the brew day. I like the valve setup.I haven't set up the chiller without moving hoses yet but it's in the works

hard to see but I now have the chiller set up without changing hoses, the only issues with this set up is constant cleaning
