Me too. I like pizza a lot more than Fig Newtons and Rocky Road ice cream. Or, I did back in the late 60s when munchies were an issue
I got an uuni 3 (now called ooni).
It's an awesome little pizza oven. Doesn't need a lot of pre-heating and a pizza is ready in 1.5 to 2 minutes. Gotta turn them often though.
Fresh, homemade dough ready for the oven. Easiest hand shape ever, this dough was a pleasure to handle.
Smoked chicken, barbecue pizza with garlic and red onions, and cilantro garnish. Bon apatit!
