I am become Barbie destroyer of livers.


Added 32 oz prickly pear syrup half at 15 minutes, half in secondary.

4 sprigs of mint for 2 days in secondary.

26 prickly pear fruits in secondary. Probably can get by with less at longer. I was on a bit of a time crunch and had ended up with 26 due to ordering snafu.

Added additional 16 oz Santa Cruz organic lime juice in keg. Much improved balance.

It's definitely Barbie pink
