Notes

Same grainbill and hops as self quarantine-brewed on 3/21. Washed the yeast from 3/21 and used for this batch. Hit 151 on strike. 1.070 OSG. Finished in 2 days at 1.010. OMG! Very yeasty still so crashed for 2 days at 38 degrees and racked for another 4 days. Really good, very fruity. The simcoe comes through.
