15 qt Strike water - (preheated mash ton with boiling water. Want protein rest at 110ºF Temperature -- 116 °F --
13 qt (0.65 qt H2O/1lb Grain) raise temp. to 152 and hold 20min (insulate with jacket). Boil for 15 min and add back to mash ton for target temp. of 152ºF Decoction -- 152 °F 20 min
11 qt 2nd dec. (0.85 qt H2O/1lb Grain) raise to 160ºF for 40 min (insulate with jacket). Boil for 25 min. Mash out target 170ºF Decoction -- 160 °F 40 min
6 gal Boil mash for 90 min and add hops with an hour left. Add remaining 0.222 hops at 10 minutes (1 oz. total?) Temperature -- 212 °F 90 min
