Bag of steeping grains in the cold liquor, heated, removed at 80°c, then DMC dumped in.

Boilover will have lost me some sugar - diluted it with about 0.7l additional water.

Hop pellets loose in book, #nofilter, well murky.

Hydrometer broke so no good readings...

0.4l of malt kefir and trub dumped in. Fingers crossed!
