Se van a añadir acerola (de 0.5 a 1 lb por galon) en la 2da fermentacion.
La acerola se va a echar completa en el 2do carboy de cristal y luego la verveza va a ser transferida.
La fermentacion debe reactivarse.
Se va a estar haviendo la fermentacion secundaria por al menos 1 semana.

The beer end up with a crisp taste and with some nice acelora aroma and taste maybe more light that what I expected. Next time I will be using red ripped acerolas which will give the beer a better scent and acerola taste.
