The Yeast used was actually Lille Saison Yeast. As there was no default to type my variant. High temperature tolerant strain, I sprinkled the yeast directly onto a 26c aeriated wort. Fermentation of around 25-26c for 7-8 days. I fully expect this to go below the stated 1.011 FG, it would be nice if it stayed around 1.010 as previous versions have come out much lower @ 1.004 and even had a ultra dry version @1.002
