Notes

This is Ken Schramm's recipe for Medium Show Mead, scaled down to three gallons and using Cotes des Blancs yeast. I also added the heather tips, and steeped them in warm-hot water for four hours prior to adding the honey. Find Ken's original recipe on pg. 163-4.
