Muntin's Nut Brown Ale kit - no boil.

Soften the can of Muntins in hot water.

Meanwhile, steep the American Carmel/Crystal in 160 deg water for 20 mins. Strain.

Then boil the DME until dissolved.

Add hot water to fermentation vessel, along with Muntins kit. Add water until about 70 deg. Pitch yeast. (I also pitched the Muntins yeast that came w the kit).

OG 1.049.
